Information you provide directly: When you request a page (or build one with our builder), enter a customer code, or start service, you may provide your business name and location(s), logo, contact name, email address, and phone number, along with preferences like your chosen review platforms, page style, and where you'd like your monthly results sent.
Public business information: To build and maintain your page and your monthly report, we collect publicly available information about your business — such as your Google Business Profile listing, star rating, review counts, and links to your public profiles on platforms like Yelp and Facebook.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing behavior, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.
Review page activity: Client review pages record anonymous usage events — page opens, time on page, and which review platform button was tapped. We use this to compile your monthly report. If your page includes the optional "who helped you today?" box, we also store the first names your customers choose to type in, so we can include employee mentions in your report. For Smart QR service (no hosted page), we record anonymous scan counts on your tracked link in the same way.
